The word ‘TicTac’ means ‘tick tock’ in Vietnamese – the pleasant and steady sound a watch makes. The TicTac Group originated with this identity and in 1978, established the first family watch specialist store in Ho Chi Minh City. Following their unprecedented success, the group later evolved in 1993 to become known today as the TicTac Company complete with full sales and on-site after-sales services. With a reputable history of over 30 years and a mission statement to honor "trust, commitment and tradition", the TicTac Company is proud to represent some of the world’s most well-known Swiss brands in Vietnam. Today, the TicTac Company is Vietnam's authorized official distributor of recognizable brand names such as Omega, Baume & Mercier, Maurice Lacroix, Armand Nicolet, Mido, Hirsch, Matthew Norman and Swiza. |
The TicTac Company also operates its own multi-brand retail stores. TicTac’s premier flagship store is located on the famous retail street, Dong Khoi, in District 1. In addition, a second store is now open in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7 at the Saigon Paragon. These showrooms are elegantly designed, featuring fresh contemporary Asian interiors, with underlying Vietnamese elements. All luxurious products such as watches, pens, leather goods, jewelry and desk clocks, are tastefully displayed in refined stained wood cabinets and glass counter cabinets. As an added service, TicTac invites you to bring in your watch for a complementary evaluation. TicTac boasts an authorized service centre offering professional watch repair, battery changes and servicing. TicTac is open seven days a week from 9:00 am - 22:00pm. |
